Big Trip!: A musical journey around NYC - Winter 2019

Ages 0 to 36 months

Big Trip is a highly interactive class featuring original and classic songs about transportation, the natural world, landmarks and other topics familiar to even the youngest New Yorkers. Children and their caregivers will explore imaginary play through seated and standing movement, musical instruments, dance, and lots of sing-a-longs!

Taught by Lloyd H. Miller, founder of the Deedle Deedle Dees and renowned leader of sing-a-longs all around Brooklyn and the country.

 

THURSDAY SCHEDULE: eleven (11) sessions from (January 17 - April 4, 2019). $363 for the winter session. (We will skip February 21 for Mid-Winter Break.)  Note that classes are designed as a partner class for children and caregivers.

 

This class will be held at Spark by BCM at 1 John Street, Brooklyn NY 11201 in DUMBO.

 

SPARK CLASS POLICIES

 

Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis for all programs. Full payment is required upon registration in order to reserve a space in the program. Students withdrawing from a semester-long class who cancel at least 72 hours prior to the start date will receive a full refund less a $75 processing fee. Students withdrawing from a semester-long class less than 72 hours prior to the start date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted after the start of the program, regardless of attendance. Brooklyn Children's Museum does not accommodate make-up classes for those missed due to student illness or other circumstances that fall outside the museum's control.

 

 

Brooklyn Children’s Museum reserves the right to cancel any program that does not meet enrollment requirements. Brooklyn Children’s Museum may cancel classes due to inclement weather, and will do the best to reschedule those sessions if possible. Brooklyn Children’s Museum reserves the right to use photos/videos taken during sessions for promotional purposes.
